Biryani By Kilo
Biryani by Kilo is a food startup run by Gurugram-based Sky Gate Hospitality Pvt Ltd, and was founded in 2015 by two veterans of industry Kaushik Roy and Vishal Jindal.[1]
Vishal Jindal saw the Biryani delivery business model is easily scalable with low investment. Both Vishal and Kaushik quit their jobs to start Biryani by Kilo.[2]
Biryani by Kilo is known for its Khansama style of cooking, wherein each biryani is freshly cooked for every individual order and delivers it in the handi in which it was cooked.[3]

Biryani By Kilo (BBK) has secured INR 30 Cr in its Series A round of funding led by IvyCap Ventures.[4]
