Bitci is a Turkish Crypto Currency exchange. [2] It was founded in 2018 and is registered in the Bodrum, Turkey.
Bitci was established by Burak Çağdaş Çağlar (Chairman of Çağdaş Holding) and Onur Altan Tan (CEO of Bitci) as Bitci Teknoloji A.Ş.
While it was a platform where various cryptocurrencies were traded from the day it was established until 2020, the Bitcichain Mainnet was activated after this date, and thus agreements on Fan Token partnership started with Sports Teams such as; Rangers FC[3], Brazil National Football Team[4], Spain National Football Team[5], McLaren[6], Saski Baskonia[7] and Organizations such as; MotoGP[8], MXGP[9].
In the first quarter of 2022, Bitci started their operations in Brazil under the name Bitci Brasil and they announced that they will open a local exchange in Spain in the coming days.[10]

- As Bitci Teknoloji A.Ş., it started its operations in Bodrum with a paid-in capital of 20 million Turkish Lira.[11]
2019[edit]
- It has undertaken the sponsorship of Blockchain Economy Istanbul Summit.
- Bitci has started to provide Bitcoin trading services with the support of Whatsapp, Telegram and Discord with their OTC service.
2020[edit]
- Bitci became the first Turkish cryptocurrency exchange to create its own blockchain name with Bitci chain.[12]
- Bitci Explorer was activated to track the tokens created on the Bitci chain, and then Bitci Wallet was activated for users to store cryptocurrencies.
- An agreement was made for the issuing of the fan token of Karşıyaka S.K. and it was offered to the market.[13]

- A Fan token sponsorship agreement was signed with the Turkish Basketball Federation, and then a cryptocurrency offered to the market.[14]
- A sponsorship was signed with the Formula One racing team McLaren, and fan tokens issued.[15]
- In May, it became the official fan token sponsor of the Spanish national football team.
- Bitci Racing team became operational.[16]
- Bitci increased their paid-in capital to 100 million Turkish Lira.[17]
- Sponsorship was signed with Rangers FC on fan token issuing.
- In June, became official fan token sponsor of the Brazil national football team.
- In July, became the official sponsor of MotoGP[18]
- An agreement was made with Bursaspor Sports club for the stadium naming rights sponsorship in the 2021-2022 season, and during this period, Timsah Park was called Bitci Timsah Stadium.[19]
- In September, became the official sponsor of MXGP[20]
- In September, became the tribune sponsor of Beşiktaş J.K. Sports club for 3 years for 5.6 million Euros.[21]
- In October, became the shirt and name sponsor of Saski Baskonia for 2021-2022 season.[22]

- Bitci Brasil started their operations in the Brazilian state of São Paulo.[23]
- Bitci Teknoloji A.Ş. announced that it has become a holding company under the name of Bitci Holding A.Ş.[24]
