Bizarro Spar was an American new wave band. It was formed by songwriter David Newman in 1978. Their highest charting song, "Buckaroo Banzai", reached No. 45 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
Bizarro Spar were known for their high-energy concerts and experimental music. Their music can be described as mixing rock, new wave, and pop rock. The band made music for over 17 years.
