Blair Miller
Early Life[edit]
Born in Columbia, SC, Miller grew up in Dublin, Ohio before moving to Centerville, Ohio where he attended high school. He graduated from Centerville High School and from Bowling Green State University with a degree in InterPersonal Communication and Broadcast Journalism.
Career[edit]
He previously worked at WCBD in Charleston, SC and came to Charlotte, NC where he worked as the main evening news anchor at WSOC. In August 2015, he announced his decision to move within Cox Media Group to sister station, WFXT in Boston, MA. He currently anchors Boston 25 News at 4. Over the course of his career, he has earned two Emmy awards and interviewed various news makers including President Donald Trump and former President Barack Obama. In October 2017, he embedded with the United States Coast Guard[1] for unprecedented access to catch drug smugglers trying to bring drugs into the United States from Central America, which earned an Emmy nomination. In March 2018, Miller produced and anchored a prime time special that focused on the Boston Fire Department and their high risk of cancer.[2] He is scheduled to appear on the Dr. Oz show in May 2018 to focus on his reports and the issue.
Miller sits on the Board of Directors for Rescue Ranch, the foundation of NASCAR Driver, Ryan Newman and his wife Krissie.

Family[edit]
Miller is the youngest of three children. He married Johnathon Bobbitt in 2014 shortly after same-sex marriage was legalized in North Carolina. They have two sons, Zeke (2012) and Cash (2013). Their adoption story was profiled in People Magazine on May 1, 2017.[3]
