Blaster Bates (drink)
Blaster Bates is a type of non-alcoholic fruit drink, believed to have been first made in Cheshire and named after the local personality Blaster Bates. The ingredients are simply mixed in a blender for 30 seconds, then served into a Collins glass.

- 4 oz. orange juice
- 2 oz. milk
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
