Blink is a 2024 Indian musical sci-fi thriller film written and directed by Srinidhi Bengaluru.[1] The film is produced by Ravichandra AJ[2] under his Janani Pictures. It stars Dheekshith Shetty,[3][4]Chaithra J. Achar, and Mandara Battalahalli. Gopal Deshpande , Suresh Anagalli , Kiran Naik , Vajradheer jain feature in supporting roles.
Prasanna Kumar MS composed the music while Avinasha Shastry served as the cinematographer. The film is set to theatrically release on 8 March 2024.

Plot[edit]
Apoorva is a 24-year-old middle-class man residing in Bengaluru. After failing his final year MA, he decides not to tell his mother, who lives in his native village. While searching for part-time jobs to earn money and clear his exams, he also takes on backstage responsibilities for an amateur theatre team. During this challenging time, his love interest, Swapna, provides him with financial support.
Apoorva possesses a unique ability—he can control his blinking for an extended duration, gazing at a single point for up to 20-30 minutes. However, this special power turns out to be a curse rather than a blessing.
One day, during a theatre performance, a mysterious old man approaches Apoorva and asks him to deliver a message to his mother: that Apoorva's father, presumed dead, is actually alive. The old man vanishes without a trace.
Intrigued, Apoorva embarks on a quest for answers. Coincidentally, he encounters a person who is an exact replica of himself. From that moment onwards, both the old man and the replica begin following Apoorva.
