Blondel SEUMO NTSIEPDJAP (born c.1991) is a Cameroon computer engineer and security administrator who lives in the United Arab Emirates since 2016. He is in charge of one of the best StartUp for Online Education in Cameroon (UTALKIT) and is currently managing the network AIPAC. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Institute of Technology Fotso Victor of Bandjoun (University of Dschang) in 2014, a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Texas Fort University in 2017, a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology Management in 2021, and a Ph.D. degree in Cyber Security Administration from Charisma University in 2022. His thesis (DYNAMIC RISK ASSESSMENT FOR CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURES UNDER ATTACK) has been published.
Blondel daily routine focus on implementing software systems, and addressing + resolving a wide variety of Software/Hardware problems. With G+D software products, he responds to and troubleshoots all customer software issues, while ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction within the contracted SLA times while providing onsite assistance as required.

Blondel was born in October 1991 and he arrived in United Arab in 2015. He was born in Cameroon but became an Emiratis resident since 2016. He is currently working as Software Engineer for G+D Currency Technology.
With over 12 years of experience now, while managing projects and particularly those concerned with e-learning, banking, research, and product development. Like Martin Fowler, Blondel believes " Any fool can write code that a computer can understand. Good programmers write code that humans can understand ".
