Dr. Blondel Seumo Ntsiepdjap (born October 1991) is a Cameroon software engineer, cybersecurity researcher, software integration specialist, and academic trainer based in the United Arab Emirates. He has lived in the UAE since 2015 and has been a resident since 2016.

He currently serves as a Senior Software & IT Engineer at Giesecke+Devrient (G+D) Currency Technology, where he specializes in software integration, enterprise banking systems, cybersecurity, and mission-critical software solutions for central banks and financial institutions across Africa and the Middle East.

In addition to his industry career, Blondel is an independent researcher in cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection. He also contributes as an Academic Trainer, delivering professional and technical training in software engineering, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. He has been associated with professional development and training initiatives involving RIT Dubai and Amity University Dubai, where he has supported academic and industry-oriented learning activities.

Blondel earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Technology Fotso Victor, University of Dschang, Cameroon, in 2014. He later obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science in 2017, followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Management in 2021. In 2022, he completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cyber Security Administration at Charisma University. His doctoral dissertation, Dynamic Risk Assessment for Critical Infrastructures Under Attack, focuses on cybersecurity risk modeling for critical infrastructures and has been published.

Throughout his career, Blondel has designed, integrated, and supported enterprise software solutions, managed large-scale banking technology projects, and provided technical consulting for organizations across multiple countries. His expertise includes enterprise software integration, software architecture, database technologies, systems administration, cloud computing, information security, and digital transformation.
