Blue Ridge Bank is one of the oldest banks in Virginia founded in 1893 and located in Luray town, Page County. [1]
In the start it was chartered as a regional bank using the name Page Valley Bank of Virginia. [2]

- 1893 - chartered and organized as a state institution using the name Page Valley Bank of Virginia
- 1894 - opened on 3rd January, this time the only bank in Page County, Virginia
- 1897 - established the Safe Deposit Department
- 1928 - moved from the Luray Main Street to its present location at 17 West Main Street
- 1974 - opened the first branch
