Bookkeeper 360 is a US-based financial technology company that offers cloud-based bookkeeping, payroll and tax services.[1] It is headquartered in Long Island, New York.[2][3]
History
Bookkeeper 360 was founded in 2012 by Nicholas Pasquarosa in New York.[4] The company was established as a cloud-based bookkeeping and accounting service for small businesses.[5][6] The company and its founder were quoted as industry sources in the accounting trade press from the mid-2010s.[7][8]
In 2022, Bookkeeper360 announced a $3.5 million seed funding round.[9][10] In 2025, the company launched a mobile application with an AI-based financial advisory tool, BOLT (Business Optimization Learning Technology).[11][12] As of 2026, the company operates with a remote workforce of approximately 80 employees across 25 U.S. states.[13]
Bookkeeper 360 has appeared in Inc. 5000 lists and Inc.'s Best Workplaces list in 2026. Founder Nicholas Pasquarosa has been recognized in CPA Practice Advisor's "40 Under 40" and "20 Under 40" lists. The company's services have also been featured by publications such as NerdWallet and Forbes.[14][15][16][17][18] In 2024, Bookkeeper360 was ranked No. 21 on Accounting Today's Best Firms to Work For list.[19][20]
Criticism
NerdWallte stated among the cons that the service can only work with Xero or QuickBook. Forbes Advisor recommended it particularly for Xero users.[21]
