Boom Beach Frontlines

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Boom Beach Frontlines is a mobile videogame owned and developed by British studio Space Ape Games.[1] The Boom Beach trademark was licensed to Space Ape Games by Supercell. The game is only in alpha testing, and is currently only available for iOS.[2]

Testing[edit]

Boom Beach Frontlines has held 2 closed alpha weekends, on Dec. 4–6, and Dec. 11–13. Both of these playtests were for iOS only, but Space Ape has stated that they are working on an Android build. However, it will likely not be ready until months into 2021.[3] For the 1st playtest, 1000 people were selected, 500 each from EU and NA. For the 2nd playtest, another set of 1000 people were selected, 500 each from EU and NA. The people who played in the 1st playtest could also take part in the 2nd playtest.

Gameplay[edit]

Boom Beach Frontlines is a 9v9 action shooter in which 2 teams attempt to capture the enemy's base. During a match, teams will build up defenses and assault the enemy, in an attempt to capture their base. Players can choose from a variety of different troops, vehicles and abilities.[4][5][6]
