Boris Boyarskov

Boris Antonovich Boyarskov (Russian: Бори́с Анто́нович Боя́рсков, b. July 9, 1953 in Leningrad, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union) is a Russian businessman and government official.

From 1994 to 2004 he was a top manager of several Saint Petersburg banks.

From April to June 2004 he was the acting Director of the Russian Culture Ministry Licensing Department which registers and licenses mass media. Since 23 June 2004 he has been the Head of the Russian Federal Surveillance Service for Compliance with the Legislation in Mass Media and Cultural Heritage Protection (Rosokhrankultura).
