Paul Andreevich Ilyichev (Russian: Павел Андреевич Ильичев, born January 1, 1989, Minsk, Minsk Region, Belarusian SSR, USSR), better known as Paul Andreev, is a Belarusian entrepreneur,[1] crypto-enthusiast, investor, president of a consulting company and managing partner of WallstreetPartner INC,[2][3] CEO & Founder of investment consulting company IPT Consult LLC.[4][5] Creator of projects ClickScrow, p2p platform Crypt-ON, X11-Finance, Bank11.[6][7][8]
Biography
Born on January 1, 1989 in Minsk, from 2010 to 2016 he studied at the International State Economic Institute, specializing in law and political science.[9]
Personal life
Paul is married and is raising three daughters. [1]
Career
In 2011, he founded and operated a wholesale office equipment company. In 2014, Pavel founded the first company in Belarus for disinfection of industrial enterprises with ozone.[10] In November 2016, Paul moved into the consulting industry,[11] which led to the founding of IPT-Consult LLC, an international consulting firm.[12]
In 2019, he founded WallStreetPartner INC, a consulting firm in New York City. In 2017, he founded crypto platform Crypt-On.[13] In 2018, Pavel presented the Crypt-ON project.[14] That same year,[15] Paul had a short conversation with co-founder and former CEO of cryptocurrency exchange BTCC Bobby Lee.[16] In 2018, the ClickScrow crypto service was developed to provide security in cryptocurrency settlements for buying and selling transactions of goods and services.[17][18]
In 2020, he launched a project for businesses and financially literate people who want to preserve and multiply their savings called "Safety Cushion".[19] The project is based on 3 basic packages of services: assistance in preserving depositors' savings in foreign banks, reinvestment of funds in international projects, contribution of funds to actively developing startups in the field of cryptocurrency.[20]
In early 2020 during a pandemic, Paul launched the UDOC project, aimed at providing urgent medical consultation by online specialists and online prescription writing. The project was launched across the United States.[21] In 2022, he announced the launch of Neobank web 3.0 on a private blockchain. He also co-authored the book "101 Questions About Cryptocurrency".[22]
