Born Group is a global digital and content production agency headquartered in New York City. Formed in 2011 as Group FMG, it was later rebranded as Born Group. in 2019, Tech Mahindra acquired the company.[1] The company employs over 1100 people across 8 countries.[1] It helps brands with digital transformation and building brand experiences.[2] The company offers customer experience, creative design, media production, ecommerce and digital marketing services.[3] Some of the company's clients include Google, Redbull, Harley Davidson, TAG Heuer, and Sotheby's.[2][4]

Founded in 1987, Group FMG was involved in content creation and media production for print and digital channels. In 2011, private equity firm True North acquired a controlling stake in Group FMG for $20 million.[5] Group FMG acquired creative digital agency Pod1 in 2012 and later rebranded itself as Born Group.[6][7] Tech Mahindra acquired Born Group for $95 million in 2019.[1] The company continues to operate independently under the Tech Mahindra umbrella.
