Brian Fontaine Snowden (born August 14, 1950) is an American author, professor, and abstract expressionist artist.[1][2] He is the author of several novels, including Carnsbury Abbey (2002), A Delicate Imbalance (2011), and On the Precipice of the Labyrinth (2022).[3][4][5][6][7]

Biography

Snowden was born in Virginia and raised in Charlottesville. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from the University of Virginia, a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Development from the Union Institute and University.[4][7][8][9]

Snowden worked in international business prior to his academic career, holding positions in sales, management, and territory development with several organizations, with responsibilities across markets in North and South America.[4][10][11]

After earning his doctorate, Snowden became an assistant professor of business administration at Wilmington College's Cincinnati branch, where he also served on several committees, including the Academic Affairs Committee.[10][10][12]
