Brian Scott is an American politician and businessman. A Republican, he was elected as a member of the Pinellas County Commission from the at-large 2nd District in 2022, defeating Democratic incumbent Pat Gerard.

Life and education[edit]

Scott is a graduate of Seminole High School as well as St. Petersburg College, and owns several businesses, including TRAX Insurance, LTD, and Escot Bus Services. In that capacity he previously served on the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority. He also has served on the Pinellas County Parks and Conservation Advisory Board.[1]

Scott is married to his wife Sandy.[2]
