Bridge Back to Life is a multi-center outpatient addiction treatment program that is located throughout New York. Established in 1988, it is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS). It has centers in four locations in the New York metropolitan area: Staten Island, Downtown Brooklyn, South Brooklyn and Nassau County.[1] The centers offer programs focused on drug and alcohol detox, an impaired professionals program, DWI/DUI and dual diagnosis.

Gary Butchen is the owner and executive director of Bridge Back to Life.[2] Dr. Russell Surasky is the medical director of the program.[3]
