Bridge City Sinners

The Bridge City Sinners are an American string band from Portland, Oregon, formed in 2016.[1] They do not describe themselves with any specific genre, but have been described as folk, punk, or gothic country by others.[2] The band is signed with Flail Records.[3]

Their album “Unholy Hymns” reached #70 on the Billboard charts in the Top Current Album Sales category for the week of September 4th, 2021.[4]

History

The band met via Craigslist in 2016[5] and started out busking on the streets of Portland, Oregon before beginning performances at various music festivals in 2018.[6]
