The company currently employs over 450 internally in its corporate and regional offices, including Omaha, Nebraska (headquarters); Lincoln, Nebraska; Kansas City, Missouri; and Des Moines, Iowa. In addition, C&A employs thousands of contract employees nationwide through its affiliate firms Aureus Medical Group, Aureus Group, AurStaff, and Celebrity Staff.
