C&P®
Construction & Planning Co. Ltd. (C&P; Arabic: شركة الإعمار والتنسيق المحدودة, romanized: Sharikat Al'iiemar Waltansiq Almahduda) is a construction and fit-out company[1][2] headquartered in the Al Faisaliyah Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.[3][4][5][6][7][8] C&P was founded in 2004 in Riyadh, and is currently operating in the government, entertainment, healthcare, hospitality, corporate, and F&B sectors. It was co-founded by Faisal Bouzo and Tarek Ajlani.[9][10]
In line with the Saudi Vision 2030, C&P signed a contractual agreement with AMC Theatres in 2018, to construct a series of theaters across the Kingdom.[11][12][13][14][15]

Projects include The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), G20 Riyadh Summit, The Red Sea Development Company, the Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), and Riyadh Care Hospital. Other projects include executing the headquarters of Apple Inc. Saudi Arabia, National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri), Saudi Technology Development and Investment Company (Taqnia), as well as the headquarters of Strategy&, Deloitte, and Dell and banks such as Samba Bank and Deutsche Bank. In 2020 for C&P completed the construction of the AMC Cinemas across the Kingdom; in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dawadmi, and Hafr Al Batin.[10]

Construction and Planning Co Ltd's (C&P) co-founder Faisal Bouzo was named Executive of the Year at Construction Week's Leaders in KSA Awards 2019, which were held at the Okku in Riyadh on 30 September 2019.[17][11][18][9][10][8]
