Côte-Saint-Antoine Road (officially in French: chemin de la Côte-Saint-Antoine) is an east-west street on the Island of Montreal in Quebec, Canada. It begins at Hampton Avenue in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, splitting angularly northeast from Sherbrooke Street, then runs eastward through that neighbourhood and then through the central part of the city of Westmount before rejoining Sherbrooke Street at Clarke Avenue.

It is one of the oldest roads in Westmount, which was previously named Côte-Saint-Antoine, and was the key route from that community to the city centre and port of Montreal when the former was a rural farming village.[1] The Hurtubise House heritage home, built in 1739, is located on its corner with Victoria Avenue. Westmount City Hall, King George Park, and Girouard Park are also located beside the road.
