C-KAD

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

C-KAD is a chemical solution, composition not published, that allegedly breaks up the molecules which cause cataracts and may also treat the symptoms of glaucoma and macular degeneration. It was developed by Rajiv Bhushan an electrical engineer. There is no reference to C-KAD in the published medical literature.

It is entering the final stages of clinical testing and could be commercially available in 2010,[1] which would make it the first non-surgical treatment for cataracts. Although C-KAD is not FDA approved it is available in the U.S. to treat eye irritation and dryness with N-acetylcarnosine listed as a non-active ingredient.[citation needed]
