CMB Regional Centers is an EB-5 Regional Center EB-5 headquartered in the Midwestern United States, owned by founder Patrick Hogan through his privately held company, UP Management.

The company, headquartered in Rock Island, Illinois, with offices in Dallas, and a subsidiary in Schaffhausen Switzerland and with employees positioned in China, Vietnam, Turkey and Korea. [1] In 1997 after a period in the Navy, and then operating several successful small businesses (RIAC link?), Patrick Hogan entered the EB-5 industry with the aim of helping to finance with EB-5 funds, the redevelopment and revitalization of the recently closed McClellan McClellan, and Norton Norton, Air Force Bases in Sacramento and San Bernardino, California, respectively. The company was named CMB, an abbreviation of California (or Closed) Miltary Base.
