COMSA Corporación de Infraestructuras, S.L. is a Spanish multinational company headquartered in Barcelona, Spain. It operates in the fields of civil engineering, electric power industry, facility management services, industrial engineering and maintenance.[3]
As of 2018, COMSA employs 8,399 people worldwide with revenues of €1.3 billion.

«Construccions Miarnau» was founded 1891 by Josep Miarnau i Navàs in Reus, Spain, and it was firstly focused on railroad maintenance and station renewals. In 1930, the company was rename as «Hijos de José Miarnau Navás» and transformed to SA type, relocating its headquarters from Reus to Barcelona.
Ten years later, they enlarged the company's business areas starting bridge and road construction, as well as building construction. They were involved in significant development projects in Barcelona like Aragó street renewal, the Palau Sant Jordi construction or expanding the Port of Barcelona.
In 1964 the firm was renamed to «Construcciones Miarnau Sociedad Anónima», and they introduced state of the art machinery to improve the railway construction efficiency. During the 70s, the corporation became its expansion other major cities in Spain like Madrid and València, and was renamed again as «COMSA».
Starting 1980, the firm was chosen to renew the obsolete Spanish railway network and was also involved in the modern high speed rail construction works. In 1990, started its internationalization opening subsidiaries in Portugal, Chile and Argentina. Since 2000, the business has been diversified in environment industry, railway transport, renewable energy and highway maintenance concessions.
