Natraceutical
Natraceutical Group was a Spanish multinational corporation, a reference in the research and development of natural functional ingredients, active elements and nutritional supplements for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry. The company directed its industrial activity through Laboratoires Forté Pharma, which specializes in nutritional supplements in the fields of health, beauty and weight control exclusively sold in pharmacies. Natraceutical also held a stake in the quoted French company Naturex, resultant from the contribution of its Ingredients Division to the French multinational in December 2010. Natraceutical was listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange under the ticker NTC.
In December 31, 2014, Natraceutical became Reig Jofre. Reig Jofre is the result of the merger by takeover of the pharmaceutical company Laboratorio Reig Jofre SA by the Spanish listed company Natraceutical SA. After the merger, which led to the fifth largest Spanish pharmaceutical company by turnover on the Spanish stock market, Natraceutical SA changed its name to Laboratorio Reig Jofre SA and trades since then under the ticker RJF.
