CT Phipps (born 1980 in Ashland, Kentucky, Kentucky) is an American writer primarily known for his works of horror, science fiction, Superhero fiction, and fantasy fiction. He is a two-time winner of the Indie Audiobook Awards (Best Science Fiction, Best Urban Fantasy).
