Caledonian Crescent is a particularly wealthy and prominent residential community of Auchterarder, near Gleneagles Hotel in Perthshire, Scotland, United Kingdom. In 2009, it was named as the most expensive street in Scotland by the property website Zoopla. The average house price in Caledonian Crescent is £1.587 million.[1]
