California International University
California International University (CIU) is a non-profit, private university, and business school in Los Angeles, California, United States. Since its foundation in 1973 as a liberal arts university for international students, it has provided international students with a bachelor's degree program in business management and a master's degree program in international business.[1] The university is not accredited in the state of California.[2]

Traditions[edit]
There have been CIU Culture Nights' which are cultural events on campus. The cultural events provide students with an opportunity to experience and understand different history, traditional music and cuisine.[5][6][7][8] In addition, the CIU Business Managers’ Club has hold business forums on different topics from starting a small business to tax filing.[9][10]
Student government[edit]
The CIU Student Association constitutes of four officers: President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.[11][12]

The CIU Newsletter is a Quarterly Digest about California International University.[13]
