California Metropolitan University is an exempt non-profit, verified private university[1] located in San Bernandino, California. The university was founded with an aim to service the business sector specifically in business management. The university is sponsored by the International Alliance of Business Professional (IABP), USA and TEFL International. The university is partnered with Chartered Management Institute in the UK and students automatically receive one-year membership upon enrolment.
The university offers Master of Business Administration[2] and Doctor of Business Administration[3] via online education.
Affiliated Universities[edit]
California Metropolitan University has articulation agreements with Nobel University[4], International American University[5] and Apollos University[6] and accepts credit transfers from these universities.
Virtual Reality Learning[edit]
The university offers Virtual Reality Learning for soft skills training. For European students the VRL facility is located in Athens. South East Asia is serviced by the VRL center located in True Digital Park[7], Thailand with a second center in Hanoi. VRL is also provided in Dubai, United Arab Emirates[8].
Blockchain Degrees[edit]
CMU began issuing degrees using blockchain technology on July 1, 2022 stating that this was adopted so that "awards remain immutable and instantly verifiable from anywhere in the world"[9].
