CallerReady LLC is a private software company based in Pennsylvania and founded in 2010 by Joseph Charlson, an American entrepreneur and graduate of the MIT and Harvard Business School.[1] Its platform connects marketing companies with prospective clients by providing meaningful data. CallerReady also routs inquires to support customer acquisition and retention.[2][3] CallerReady also acts as a conversation facilitator for advertisers, lead and call generators, lead manager and sales organizer for call centers. CallerReady relies on patented communications technologies that manage identifiers of calls from users intended to providers.[4][5][6]
