Caltex Music (Persian: کلتکس موزیک) is a global music and video streaming platform and digital distribution company launched in November 2017. Caltex Music is a free streaming service, providing the majority of the world’s Iranian music on one platform. It is developed and owned by Caltex Records, a prominent Iranian record label since 1979, in Los Angeles, CA. Caltex Music is available worldwide on Android, iOS, and Web. Service features include on-demand audio listening and music video watching, live television, live radio, curated playlists, and music discovery and browsing. Iranian music can be searched by artist, song title, album, or genre via playlists.
Caltex Music has a vast catalog of music that dates back decades, but also releases exclusive content regularly. Siavash Ghomayshi’s most recent album, Sargozasht, premiered exclusively on Caltex Music in November 2017. Leila Forouhar’s latest single, Baroon, premiered exclusively on the service in January 2018.
