Cameron Tyler Edwards, also known as Cameron Tyler, is a Jamaican American rapper/singer. Cameron was born on July 10th, 1996 in Flint, MI. His unique style and sound has elevated his music locally in the past year, despite making music his entire life. Only in the last year has he chosen to go by his current name. In the past, Cameron Tyler went by "Caution" as a rapper that mainly used self made music videos to elevate himself as an artist on YouTube. In 2015, Cameron decided to focus less on music and more on his other passions and interest, such as shooting videos himself, and political engagement. Overtime, Cameron became unsettled by his lack of personal expression. He often speaks about his years fighting depression and complicated life choices that to this day are not deeply detailed in his music. Cameron admits in public interviews that these battles inspired his gravitation back to music as a solo artist. Cameron Tyler has music with other Flint and Michigan artist, such as Dre Mile, King Ca$hes, JBF Capo, and East Side Lito.
