Camp is a gay bar slated to open in Portland, Oregon, United States.
Description
Camp is a gay bar slated to operate on Harvey Milk Street in southwest Portland.[1] The name of the queer-owned business refers to "camp" as well as camping.[2][3]
History
Camp will operate in the space that previously housed the gay bars Three Sisters Tavern (1964–2004) and Scandals, which occupied the space from 1979 to 2025. Camp is co-owned by Logan Logan Whalen and five business partners. The business had applied for a commercial lease and a liquor license by March 2026.[2] It is scheduled to open in July 2026, ahead of the city's annual Pride celebrations. Camp is slated to have a float in Pride Northwest's annual pride parade.[4]
