Biography

Hanyani Bafana Ndlovu known as Canright born 01 June 2006 is a South African Rapper, songwriter and producer, currently based in Mpumalanga[1]. From rapping on his phone, appearing on Rapfame and Bandlab[2], in 2020 he quit rap and rose up again in the late 2021. In the end of 2022 he started his own Record Label Keppler Records, which is still under development. He started dropping official tracks on all streaming platforms in 2023, and released a collaboration with Ryini Beats, a producer from USA. In early 2024 he dropped his first EP Lonely Kid Ave on all streaming platforms.

Career

Canright's music journey started in 2019, where he was inspired by an American Movie Let It Shine, where the rapper Truth or Tyler James Williams was a rapper in that movie. By being inspired by Tyler Williams, Canright started rapping the same day he watched that movie. With the love of hip hop, Canright kept going even when he faced a lot of problems, he quit music a couple of times but gained more experience from the problems he faced.[3]

Works

  • Canright worked with Ryini Beats, a producer from the US. As most of you know, he is a young rapper from SA, and he's come a long way to reach where he is today. It's all thanks to every single person who supports his music, including his friends and fans, for making this happen. This is currently his biggest project or achievement. This producer found him on the internet and made a project with him, including their single: Who Am I? Working with the producer from USA was his big achievement so far. Canright and Ryini Beats are working on an Album dropping before the end of 2024. Who Am I? was released on the 9th of November 2023, and was a masterpiece. This was a huge achievement for Canright, hopefully more projects are still in process. It’s USA X SA.[4]
