CarConnect is an online new car buying platform2, headquartered from Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

CarConnect offers customers the ability to submit an enquiry on a specific make and model they are searching for, receive tender responses directly back from CarConnect's national dealer network of over 1000 dealers1 and purchase a new car online whilst saving time, money and hassle. Customers can elect to have the car delivered directly to them, or arrange a click and collect pickup service from the nominated car dealer partner. CarConnect also offers the ability for customers to compare car finance and insurance solutions, as an authorised credit representative of Stratton Finance. For customers who have an existing car they are seeking to dispose of, CarConnect also provides a trade-in service offering competitive, independent valuations. Dealer partners achieve conversion rates of up to 45% vs industry averages of 25-30%.1

History[edit]

CarConnect was first established in in 2013 as a car dealership based in Sydney, New South Wales. The business initially relied upon referrals from parent company Stratton Finance, but grew over the years from independent marketing via online websites, referrers and associated platforms.

The business now employs over 30 people, based across Melbourne and Sydney.

Licences & memberships[edit]

CarConnect holds a licenced motor car trading (LMCT) accreditation, #MD043183, is an authorised credit representative of Stratton Finance, and is a member of several professional and industry organisations that provide industry guidelines and standards.
