Carlo Ferreri
Carlo Ferreri (born 3 March 1973 in Ragusa, Sicily) is an Italian actor and director with a wide-ranging career in theatre, film, and television since the 1990s.
Early life and education
Carlo Ferreri trained in commedia dell’arte under Antonio Fava, studied dramaturgy with Enzo Moscato, and attended theatre workshops led by Gianni Salvo, Marise Flach, Lamberto Puggelli, and Renzo Musumeci Greco. He also studied the Sicilian oral storytelling tradition ("cunto"), inspired by Salvatore Ferreri and Giuseppe Pitrè.
Career
Theatre
Ferreri has performed with Teatro Stabile di Trieste, Teatro Stabile di Catania, and Artisti Associati di Gorizia. He directed and starred in *Morir di fama* with Evelyn Famà and in Il caso di Alessandro e Maria by Giorgio Gaber and Sandro Luporini.
