Doctor Carmel Heah Lee Hsia is a Malaysian academic and education consultant. She is a senior lecturer in the Language and Communication Centre of the School of Humanities & Social Sciences at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Education
Heah holds three degrees and a postgraduate diploma: a Master of Arts in English Language and Linguistics, a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in English Literature and a Diploma in Education (all from the University of Malaya), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Linguistics from the University of Edinburgh.[1]
Career
She is the author or co-author of five books, academic papers and journal articles.
Heah conducts corporate and professional training in business and technical writing skills and presentations.[2][3][4]
