Johnny Hornby is a British entrepreneur. He is the founder of WPP plc-backed advertising agency CHI & Partners and marketing agency network The&Partnership.

Career

In 1995, Hornby started his career at Ogilvy & Mather and Collett Dickenson Pearce before working with Simon Clemmow at TBWA in 1998.[2] At TBWA, Hornby was responsible for the Labour campaign in United Kingdom general election, 2001 that led to a second landslide victory for Tony Blair.[3]

Hornby founded CHI & Partners along with Simon Clemmow and Charles Inge in 2001.[4]

In 2013, Hornby founded The&Partnership, an international agency holding company[5] spanning four continents and multiple disciplines, including advertising, media planning and buying, Public relations, content marketing, talent management, data analytics and customer relationship management.[6][7]

In 2016, Hornby was listed in The Sunday Times as one of Britain's 500 Most Influential people.[8] He has been tipped as a potential successor to WPP plc CEO Sir Martin Sorrell.[9][10]
