Carol Hunt is a columnist with the Sunday Independent. She also writes for the Irish Independent and Herald and is a regular panellist on radio and TV.[1]
She is running as a candidate in the next general election in the Dún Laoghaire Dáil Constituency as a member of the Independent Alliance.[2]
Early Life and Education
Hunt grew up on Newtown Park Avenue, Blackrock and attended St Mary’s, Haddington Rd and Newpark Comprehensive schools. She graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2003.
Entry to Politics
In June 2015, Hunt announced she would be a candidate for the Independent Alliance in the Dún Laoghaire constituency at the next general election. [3]
