) is a 2021-2024 Indian Tamil-language family drama series starring Jovita Livingston, Ambika and Karthick Vasu.[3][4] The storyline of the serial is taken from Kannada language television series Kasthuri Nivasa aired on Udaya TV, however it has a different narration later.
It premiered on Sun TV on 18 October 2021 and ended on 11 May 2024 with 803 episodes and available for worldwide streaming on Sun NXT.[5][6]
Plot[edit]
This is the story of strict and strong mother in law Saraswasthy who is going to have a motherless girl Aruvi as her daughter in law. Aruvi is a cool girl who accidentally fall for Pugazh, son of Sarashwathy. She unaware that she is daughter in law of Saraswasthy. Thus the story starts as a beautiful take.

Casting[edit]
Jovita Jones[7] and Karthick Vasu were cast as Aruvi and Pugazhendhi respectively.[8] The series marks Jovita and Karthick's second project with Sun TV. Jovita Jones making his comeback return to television silverscreen after a hiatus of 2 years. Actress Ambika was cast as Pugazhendhi's mother Saraswathi Sivakumar.
Soniya Vikram was cast as Negative role Vennila, marking his return after Azhagi.[9] Lavanya Devi was cast as supporting role Lakshmi Eshwar.[10]
