Carrington Clarke
Carrington Clarke is an Australian journalist and presenter.[1] Currently working at the national broadcaster of Australia, the ABC,[2] he is a presenter of The Business[3] and a business reporter across the broader ABC, appearing on television, radio, and online.[4]
Prior to his position at the ABC, he was a presenter and reporter on Sky News Australia[5] hosting programs such as Business 360, Business IQ and Trading Day.
Carrington completed a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations) at the Australian National University.[5]
Before becoming a journalist, he worked as an economist at the federal and state levels of government.[5]
In 2018, he was awarded the Citi Journalism Award for excellence in economic journalism[6] for a series of articles on the links between population and economic growth.[7]
