Cartoon Monsoon is an American Flash animated web television showcase running from 2003 to 2004.
For the two seasons, each of the cartoons received a vote on which one would make it into a series.[1] After the popularity of the first season, a second season began in 2004. [2] Even though "Go Go Moba Boy" and "Edgar and the Voyagers" won each season, none of the showcase shorts got a spin-off, but many of the animators including Mark Osborne, Matt Danner and J. G. Orrantia would later work on future cartoons such as Kung Fu Panda and Phineas and Ferb.
