Catalyzer Startup Accelerator & Commune is the first startup accelerator in India to offer a mentorship driven accelerator program for startup entrepreneurs in technology, non-technology and social enterprise (for profit / non profit).[1] Catalyzer is built on a unique commune model based on systems theory.[2]

Catalyzer was co-founded[3] by Dr. Madhulika[4] Ph.D., from Texas A&M University[5] along with Dr. Jia Wang[6], Dr. Dominique T. Chlup[7],Dr. Angel DeCegama[8], Dr. Rao[9] and Dr. T Prasad, also known as Dr. Mandi Mumbai[10].

Structure[edit]

Catalyzer Startup Commune is based on systems theory. Systems theory, born in the biological sciences is now widely applied in fields such as psychology, sociology, engineering, business, leadership and organization development.
