History[edit]

stuMagz was founded in 2015 by Sri Charan Lakkaraju[7] and Frederick Devarampati[8] and currently has nearly 300 colleges subscribed to its free model.[8] The company was founded after Sri Charan Lakkaraju realized that affiliated colleges in Tier-II and Tier-III cities lacked opportunities and had zero exposure for students, following which he came up with an idea for a digital platform that would connect these students and colleges to the rest of the world.[9]
