Cavista Holdings is an investment and holding company headquartered in Nigeria, but with subsidiaries in Botswana, India and the Phillippines. The company also maintains a representative office in Dallas, Texas, in the United States.
[1] It currently has four subsidiaries operating in the agriculture, technology, hospitality and financial services sectors with over 850 employees.

Founded by Niyi John Olajide,[2], Cavista Holdings was created to manage his diverse portfolio of investments in Africa and Asia, which had been trading as independent entities.
It started operations in 2023 from an office in Ilupeju, Lagos, which is also a liaison office to the University of Dallas, Texas
These companies include:
- Cavista Technologies, which has offices in Nigeria,[3] Botswana[4], [5]India and the Phillippines
- Agbeyewa Farms, which was established in 2021 in Ekiti State
- Glocient Hospitalities, established in 2022; concessionaires and managers of Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference Center, Ikogosi, Ekiti State[6][7]
- Payzeep Technologies[8][9]

Cavista Holdings' Investments are organised into four verticals: agriculture, financial services, hospitality, and information technology.
Agriculture[edit]
- Agbeyewa Farms Limited - It is one of the largest commercial cassava farms in Nigeria with between 7 - 10,000 hectares of land[10] in Ekiti State. It recently[when?] signed a number of partnerships with the state government, most notably a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a a 100,000 hectare cassava farm in Ekiti State,[11], and through its sponsorship of grassroots football in the state through the Agbeyewa Cup football tournament.[12][13][14]
Hospitality[edit]
- Glocient Hospitality Limited - This company are the current operators of Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference Center. The resort was taken over from the Ekiti State government in 2022[15] and subsequently transformed into a world class resort [16]after billions of naira was invested by Cavista Holdings. The resort was voted the Best Holiday Resort in Nigeria for 2023[17][18] and 2024[19] at the Hotels Managers Conference Awards
Technology[edit]
- Cavista Technologies - A global technology services company. With a strong presence in key global markets, Cavista Technologies has a diverse workforce of software designers, engineers and product development teams that serve clients worldwide. The company also organises an annual hackathon amongst students of universities in Nigeria[20] and India[21] to help bridge the skills gap and nurture talents, ensuring that young people start thinking critically and solving problems on a global scale.[22][23]
