Cecil Lowther (Bannerman)

Cecil Lowther was a writer who published under the pen name Bannerman. His poems and other works appeared in periodicals such as the Maryborough Chronicle between 1911 and 1951. In 2021 his collected works of approximately 900 poems were published in two volumes with a biography by Fraser Coast Mayor George Seymour.[1]
