Ceddy Muhoza (born May 18, 1999) is a Rwandan Software engineer. He is best known for his work on VugaPay. VugaPay is a cross-platform payment that allows businesses and users to transfer money across major payment systems, including credit card networks, mobile money and Bitcoin via an API, USSD interface, a mobile phone app or web interface.

Ceddy studied at the Mbarara University of Science and Technology in Uganda, where he did his degree on computer programming. He works at Vuga Inc with Patrick Muhire.
