Dr. Cedric J. Sims is an American businessman. He is Senior Vice President at the Mitre Corporation[1]
Career
Cedric Sims is currently the senior vice president of enterprise innovation and integration at the Mitre Corporation.[2] He joined from Booz Allen Hamilton where he was a senior vice president since 2018 [3]
In 2015, Cedric Sims was a partner at Evermay Consulting Group, Inc. Dr. Sims formerly served as the first Executive Director of the Office of Program Accountability and Risk Management (PARM) within the United States Department of Homeland Security from 2010 until 2012. Starting in May 2009, he served as Executive Director of the Enterprise Business Management Office (EBMO) within the DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). From 2001 to 2009, he worked in the United States Secret Service. From 1990 to 2000, Dr. Sims served in various management and research roles for the Texas A&M University System[4]
