Cedrick McDonald is a serial entrepreneur, celebrity footwear designer and the founder of Exotics by Cedrick high heel shoe brand in Tampa, Florida.

Cedrick was born in Tampa and raised in New York, he returned to the Tampa area in 2000 and began his career as a hairstylist. In 2016, Cedrick was granted a patent based on the unique shoe design, that includes a snakeskin outsole encrusted with Swarovski crystals on the bottom of every shoe and started his high-fashion high heel shoe company Exotics by Cedrick.[1][2][3][4]
In July 2018, Cedrick set up a red carpet runway at his Seminole Heights hall to test his designs for his shoe collection.[5] Cedrick was also seen on the red carpet events in 2018 and was selected to be part of MTV's Secret Room events gifting suite, and was in the gifting room at the Golden Globes Award where he was found giving his shoes out to celebrities including Janeshia Adams-Ginyard, James Dumont, Alyssa De Boisblanc, recording artist and actress Jane Payne, Kate Linder and actress Sofia Milos.[6][7][8]
The tag line of his brand is "live life through your soul", so he partnered with the Aids Foundation to help fight the disease to fulfill his mission of giving back.[8][9]
