Cynthia Nwadiora known as Cee-C is a Nigerian On-Air-Personality(OAP).[citation needed] She is the first runner-up at the third edition of Big Brother Naija.[1]Cee-C was born in 1993, in Enugu, Nigeria. She was raised in Lagos, Nigeria. In 2013, She graduate from a private university in Anambra where she Law.[2]
