Headquartered in Vienne, Celette develops frame straightening systems, universal jig system, measuring systems, and car body straightening equipment. The company has various manufacturing units located in India, USA, Thailand, Japan, China, and Germany. The company has a wide range of products that includes benches & frame rack, lifting & pulling platform, floor straightening systems, welding equipment, anchoring & pulling accessories, and positioning & anchoring fixtures. It was started in the year 1953 by Mr. Germain Celette. Celette SA supplies OEM approved equipment to the automotive repair industry.

1953 - The company was incorporated by Germain Celette with the initialization of dedicated fixture set.
1957 – Celette began its product export to Germany and then to several countries all over the world
1977 – Celette Training Center Inauguration
1978 – Initiated hydraulic line
1981 – Launch of “METRO 2000”
1984 - Launch of the trucks product range
1996 - Presentation of an electronic measuring system, “NAJA”
2001- Evolution of GRIFFON 2000 in GRIFFON 2800, with a lifting capacity of 2800 KG.
2002-2007- SEVENNE XL in 2002, LYNX in 2003, NAJA EVOLUTION in 2005 MZ+ Universal Piston Set in 2007
2009- Equinox Group takes over Celette with the creation of electronic measuring device E-Guan, AppU platform, and GRIFFON XL
2010 – Establishment of Indian Subsidiary with X-One release
2011 - French industrial group AZIMUTH acquires CELETTE SA and changed into CELETTE France SAS
2018- Celette debuts its two new products, the Cameleon and the Eagle
